training, but may reduce the functional ability of your training.

TRX TM  Suspension Training is a great way to stay in shape by
utilizing your own body weight, while constantly engaging your core while
increasing your Strength, Balance & Flexibility.
It is highly recommended!

Body Weight & Martial Based Body Weight Training uses
your own body weight to increase your Strength, Endurance, Agility,
Flexibility & Balance.  It utilizes body weight techniques from Traditional
Training & Martial Arts. It can be an explosive, high energy workout, or be
slowed down using movements similar to Yoga (Active Yoga). It is very
Functional & Fun!

Plyometrics are a high energy, explosive, fast moving anaerobic
workout and are a great way to burn calories and increase your VO2 Max.
(Maximal Oxygen Uptake)
There are many aspects of Plyometrics utilizing Steps, Plyo Boxes, Bosu,
Ladder Drills, Jumps, Leaps and more.

Sport Specific Training uses Free Motion Machines, Plyometrics,
Body Weight & Martial Based Body Weight, TRX Suspension Training to
graft movements and strengthen you with the movements that are used
specifically for Your Sport. The result is a higher level of Speed,
Endurance, Strength & Accuracy.

Boxing, Kick Boxing, Martial Arts, RMA, MMA
& Self-Defense
are all available for Personal Training.
