Is a system of Martial Arts that is made for the practitioner
to be able to move in there own natural, fluid way. It is a way
to think about & apply movement, naturally, fluidly and can
be adapted to any style of fighting for the Street or Sport. It
incorporates Chinese Kenpo techniques
with Wing-Chun, Boxing, Mauy Thai,
Shorin-Ryu & Capoeira. It can be used seamlessly with
Striking, Kicking, Clinching & Ground/Submission Fighting.

Boxing:
This Boxing Style is infused with Chinese Boxing concepts
that uses your kinetic chain to produce speed with power
and mobility. You will be able to hit hard with maximum
G-force Shock while being able to move and keep a strong
stance. No matter your size or strength, you will be
impressed with your increased ability!
Kick Boxing:
You will learn to fuse Boxing skills with multiple kicking
styles from Chinese, Thai & Koren Martial Arts. You will
also incorporate Elbow & Knee strikes from Chinese & Thai
Arts.
Kick Boxing is a fantastic workout whether you are training
for Fun or the Ring!
Self-Defense:
Boxing, Martial Arts and any form of combat can be used for
self-defense, but when you stand your ground and engage, it
becomes street fighting.
Self-Defense by the Numbers 1,2,3 sm
was developed so anyone, no matter their size or strength can
learn to protect them self from an attack. It uses your
natural reaction, body movement & Instinct. It is easy to
learn and retain.
The purpose of self-defense is to get out of a dangerous
situation and get to a safe place. You only engage if you
cannot break away and run to safety. This is a fantastic
system, especially for those with no prior experience.

Submission Fighting & MMA:
You will learn to incorporate Boxing,

If you would rather focus on Ground Fighting,
